Hamruninu22: Thank you Matthew for visiting my site.  Yes it is absolutely free.  You don’t need a credit card or something.  You just need to get some points by completing offers.  For example to get a 1-month club penguin membership you can get 6 points and within 2-4 days prizerebel will e-mail you the code and lo and behold! you’re a member.
